What Checkwalk is
An automated shopper that walks your store's checkout every hour and emails you when a step fails. It is a monitor, not a guarantee. It can miss problems, and it can occasionally report one that a real customer would not hit. It does not fix anything and it does not change your store.
Your side
- You may only add stores you own or are authorised to monitor.
- You are responsible for acting on alerts. We are not liable for lost sales, whether we alerted you or not.
- Do not use the service to probe stores you do not control.
Price and billing
$19.99 per store per month, after a 14-day free trial. Billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from the link in any email or by writing to us; monitoring stops at the end of the paid month and nothing further is charged. If we raise the price we will tell you a month ahead.
Liability
Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months. The service is provided as is.
Ending things
You can remove a store at any time. We can suspend a store that is unreachable for a long time, that blocks our shopper, or that is used against these terms, and we will tell you if we do.
